Art Kontakt and EcoKult took place on October 14 and 15, 2023 in the center InfoKulla Rubik, within the "CultTour" project, training and workshops for social media and digital marketing. The training aimed to teach artisans how to develop the power of social media platforms to promote and market their products and services to a wide audience and increase product sales.
The training led by Communication Expert and PR Manager Ms. Fioralba Duma focused mainly on:
· - Logo and Branding for handicraft products,
- · - Using the Facebook page, how to open a profile, a page and how to market products,
- · Using other social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Pinterest, Etsy,
- · Editorial calendar planning for social media.
- · The Market, what to produce, who are our customers in 2023.
Also, design expert Era Kraja presented "Social Media and Design" for artisans, this presentation focused on several platforms for creating visual content for social media such as Canva, Inshot, Planoly, etc.
